Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and KONT (“KONT”, “we”, “us”) for use of www.kontme.com and related apps and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at www.kontme.com/privacy-policy.

If you use KONT on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, to use KONT. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Do not share your password or sell access to your account.
• You may disconnect any third-party account at any time from Studio → Platforms.
• To close your KONT account, email admin@kontme.com from the address on the account. There is no in-app delete button today.

The Service

KONT is a workspace where you draft, schedule, and publish content, keep a public link page, and connect destination accounts through official APIs. What is live today:

• Publish to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts linked to a Page.
• Show Instagram account analytics for the last 7 days in Studio → Analytics.
• Upload and publish video to YouTube.
• Import image and video files you pick from Google Drive.
• Connect a Telegram bot you control, using a bot token you paste.
• Create drafts, schedules, and a public link-in-bio page at a handle you choose.

TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Discord, email, Notion, Dropbox, Inbox, comments, and Insights tiles may appear in Studio. Those destinations and surfaces are not live API products. We do not process their platform data until Connect (or that feature) is actually offered and this page is updated. KONT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Telegram, or any other third-party platform. We use their APIs as an independent client.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in KONT (“Your Content”). You grant KONT a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service — including publishing to platforms you select.

• You are responsible for Your Content and for complying with each destination’s terms and community guidelines.
• You represent that you have all rights needed to publish Your Content, and that it does not violate law or those guidelines.
• We do not claim ownership of Your Content or of content that already exists on connected platforms.
• Content already published to a destination stays on that destination if you disconnect or delete KONT, unless you delete it there.

Third-party integrations

When you connect a service, you authorize KONT to access that account through official OAuth, login, or equivalent APIs, using only the permissions you approve. Each connection is optional. We access data only to operate the features you actually use.

• We do not sell your data or use connected-account data to advertise to you.
• Revoking access in KONT or in the platform’s security settings stops further API calls from KONT.
• Third-party platforms may change, limit, or revoke API access. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
• If you connect YouTube or Google Drive, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). KONT’s use of YouTube API Services complies with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies (developers.google.com/youtube/terms/developer-policies).
• If you connect Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts, you also agree to Meta’s terms for those products. KONT’s use of information received from Meta APIs follows Meta Platform Terms, including Limited Use.
• When TikTok Login is offered and you connect it, you also agree to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines). KONT’s use of TikTok APIs will follow TikTok’s Developer Terms. Until Connect is live, we do not receive TikTok API data.
• If you connect Telegram, you supply a bot token for a bot you control. You are responsible for that bot’s configuration and for complying with Telegram’s terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating law, these Terms, or a connected platform’s terms or community guidelines (including Meta Community Standards, YouTube Community Guidelines, and TikTok Community Guidelines when you use those destinations).
• Uploading malware, scraping the Service, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Impersonating others or publishing content you do not have the right to use.
• Using KONT to spam, harass, or operate undisclosed automated engagement.

KONT intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and trademarks, is owned by KONT or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that publishing to a third-party platform will always succeed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KONT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken on third-party platforms using credentials you authorized.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using KONT at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing admin@kontme.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by a platform or by law. After termination we delete or anonymize personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and material updates will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
